Master of Public Health (Public Health Nutrition Option)
The MPH program will provide students with an opportunity to work in the public health realm and focus on nutrition programs. It will not lead to RD exam eligibility.

Masters in Education (Family and Consumer Sciences Option)
This is offered in the College of Education in cooperation with the Department of Applied Human Sciences.
FCS Teaching Certification (Grades 5-12): The Master of Arts in Teaching is a graduate degree program designed for individuals holding non-teaching baccalaureate degrees in appropriate fields who want to earn teacher certification for the secondary (5 - 12) level. Eligible individuals include those with baccalaureate degrees in nutrition, child and family studies, apparel design and merchandising, interior design, or family economics. Secondary Education - FCS Option-is designed to help family and consumer sciences teachers set personal/professional goals related to the Kentucky Teacher Standards.
