ABOUT CAFE' BURRIER

Café Burrier is operated and managed by dietetics students as part of the Quantity Foods (NFA 326) class, under the direction of Chef Sangwook Kang. A three-course luncheon is served on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 -1:00 . The total cost is $15.00  (Meal charge and tax included). 
We hope you will make a reservation and enjoy a delicious meal prepared by our students. Cafe Burrier strives to use available local and Kentucky raised foods.

STEP 1:  REVIEW THE FALL 2024 MENUS

Choose your favorites from our mouthwatering selections. All menus in the dining room include tea, soda, coffee or water.

*If you need your meal changed to vegetarian, please email us at least one week in advance to ask if we can accommodate the request.

* Due to recent shortages of certain foods in the grocery store, some menu items may have to be substituted at the last minute.

STEP 2: MAKE RESERVATIONS (for dining room only). RESERVATION CALENDAR OPENS ON AUGUST 1
Reservations are required due to limited seating and a private table is not guaranteed. Online reservations can be made up to 24 hours before each meal. After that time, you may call 859-622-6173 ask about available seating.  

Please do not make a dining room reservation if you want a "take out" order. See instructions for those orders below.

If there are no seats available for the meal you want, you will be given the option to be on a waitlist.

Food for the Café is purchased each week based on the number of reservations. If you or someone in your party cannot attend, please cancel or change the number of seats reserved as soon as possible so we may plan accordingly.

STEP 3: CLICK HERE TO MAKE PAYMENT
You may pay any time prior to the meal you have reserved in the dining room or for take-out.

• Payment does not reserve your table or place the order for take-out.  You must reserve a table in step 2 above, or follow instructions below to order takeout BEFORE you pay.  

• Payment is now ONLINE ONLY. 

TAKEOUT ORDERS
You can place a takeout order by calling 859-622-6173.  We will take orders up to 24 hours before each meal.

You may place your orders one day at a time or for several days all at once. Your order can be ready for pickup at 12:20. Drinks with take out orders will include water or soda only.

WAITLIST for Dining Room
If you are on a waitlist and a table becomes available, the scheduling system will send a notice that you have a reservation. If you no longer want to dine with us on that day, please let us know so the space can be given to someone else on the waitlist.
