Family and Consumer Sciences Education (B.S.)
This program prepares graduates to teach in both middle and high school.
Graduates possess excellent qualifications for working with 4-H youth or in FCS educator positions with the USDA Cooperative Extension Service.
The demand for Family and Consumer Science teachers and extension agents is high due to current and projeted shortages.
